Internship
As CoderMinds we are recognized company by Stichting ELBHO for hbo/wo and Samenwerkingsorganisatie Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven (SBB) for MBOs.
Internship for students pursuing studies in IT, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Business Administration and Education (PABO).
What we offer:
- Comprehensive internship experience with flexible working hours: 32-40 hours per week across weekdays(4 days and weekends(1 day).
- €210 per month for a 40-hour schedule per week.
Intern Responsibilities Include:
- Design and develop major projects while participating in internal company activities to hone professional skills.
- Fulfilling tasks of project and sof skill goals, including time and outcome tracking.
- Attend and contribute to weekly review meetings.
- Collaborate across teams, gaining cross-disciplinary insights.
- Prepare detailed project reports and deliver end-of-internship presentations with a video.

Vacation Policy:
- Interns are entitled to 10 vacation days for a 6-month period. Please note, school vacations such as autumn, Christmas, spring, May, and summer breaks are considered working periods in the business environment.
Regular Course / Weekend CoderCamp Teacher
During the school periods, excluding the Autumn, Christmas, Spring, May, and Summer breaks, you’ll be scheduled to work one or more days based on your availability. Shifts are determined accordingly. Possible shift hours are as follows:
- For regular courses on weekdays, you may work 3 hours each day, specifically from 15:00 to 18:00. On weekends, you may work between 3 to 6 hours within the timeframe of 10:00 to 15:30.
- For weekend CoderCamps, you will work 8 hours each day, specifically from 08:00 to 16:30.
Before you start teaching, you will undergo an 8-hour training using our materials. Additionally, you’ll shadow one of our classes to familiarise yourself with our teaching methods and tutorial materials. Compensation is competitive, with hourly rates ranging from 10 to 18 euros initially, which will increase based on your performance and skills. These rates are influenced by factors such as your experience, age, and skills. We’re seeking candidates who are 16 years or older for the teacher position, specifically those with HAVO/VWO/MBO/HBO/WO educational levels. Please note that while we will try our best to match your preferred days, it’s not always guaranteed. Scheduling will be determined by the volume of registrations we receive. You also have the opportunity to work as a “Teacher” at CoderCamps during the school vacation periods.
Vacation CoderCamp Teacher
During school holidays, including the Autumn, Christmas, Spring, May, and Summer breaks, you’ll be scheduled to work 4 days (approximately 8 hours each day). However, there’s flexibility; you’re free to select which breaks work best for you.
Before you start teaching, you will undergo an 8-hour training using our materials. Additionally, you’ll shadow one of our classes to familiarise yourself with our teaching methods and tutorial materials. Compensation is competitive, with hourly rates ranging from 10 to 18 euros initially, which will increase based on your performance and skills. These rates are influenced by factors such as your experience, age, and skills. We’re seeking candidates who are 16 years or older for the teacher position, specifically those with HAVO/VWO/MBO/HBO/WO educational levels. Please note that while we will try our best to match your preferred days, it’s not always guaranteed. Scheduling will be determined by the volume of registrations we receive. You also have the opportunity to work as a “Teacher” at CoderCamps during the school vacation periods.
Vacation CoderCamp Teacher Assistant
During school holidays, which include the Autumn, Christmas, Spring, May, and Summer breaks, you will work for 4 days (approximately 8 hours per day). However, you have the flexibility to select which breaks are most convenient for you to work during.
Your primary role will be assisting the teacher in the classroom. No prior preparation is required for this position, as you will go in the flow. As you gain proficiency and confidence in teaching, there will be opportunities for you to advance to a “Teacher Position.” in the following Coder-Camps In total, you’ll work approximately 32 hours during a holiday week. The hourly pay rate varies from 5 to 14 euros, depending on factors such as your experience, age, and skills. You are eligible to be a teacher assistant if you are 13 years of age or older. While we will do our best to accommodate your preferred vacation periods, it’s not guaranteed. Your work schedule will depend on the number of registrations we receive.
